Decreases the minimum age requirement for an "adult learner" in the ReEngage Alabama Grant Program from 25 years old to 22 years old.

Expands the definition of "eligible student" to include individuals pursuing a first baccalaureate degree following a two-year stop-out period after receiving a first associate degree, provided they have not previously received a grant award.

Maintains grant award amounts of $3,000 per semester for universities and $1,500 per semester for community colleges for full-time students, with proportional awards for part-time enrollment.

Requires authorized institutions to inform eligible adult learners of all other federal and state educational benefits and grants they may qualify for.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025; passed by the House with 103 votes in favor and zero votes against.
