Proposes a constitutional amendment to change Crenshaw County Board of Education member terms from six years to four years.

Amendment applies beginning with the November 2026 election for board members.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held according to Sections 284, 284.01, and 285 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022 and state election laws.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting on the measure.

Code Commissioner authorized to renumber and place the amendment in the constitution and make nonsubstantive revisions for style, uniformity, and correction of errors upon ratification.
