Amends Section 45-48-161 of the Code of Alabama to modify how Tennessee Valley Authority in-lieu-of-taxes payments are distributed in Marshall County.

Allocates 25% of total TVA payments to five school boards (Marshall County, Arab City, Guntersville City, Albertville City, and Boaz City) on a per-pupil basis.

Allocates 4% of remaining 75% (or $240,000, whichever is greater) to the Marshall County Legislative Delegation Office, with unused funds available for educational or economic development projects.

Increases Marshall County Economic Development Office allocation to 6% of remaining 71% (or $247,000, whichever is greater), and redirects ambulance service funding from Arab to Boaz City while maintaining $13,000 allocation.

Adds new allocation of $25,000 to Snead State Community College and becomes effective June 1, 2025.
