Assess an additional $50 court cost in all civil cases filed in Choctaw County circuit and district courts, with a reduced $25 cost for small claims court cases.

Assess an additional $50 court cost in all criminal and quasi-criminal cases brought in Choctaw County circuit court, district court, and any municipal court.

Exempt filings by the district attorney and judge of probate from the additional court costs.

Direct all collected costs to a special "Jail Fund" in the county treasury to be used exclusively for maintaining, repairing, and operating the county jail and jail complex and for paying any construction-related indebtedness.

Effective July 1, 2025, contingent upon ratification of a local constitutional amendment authorizing additional court costs in Choctaw County.
