Defines "illegal alien" as an individual not entitled to lawfully reside or work in the United States.

Requires enhanced felony sentences for illegal aliens convicted of felonies with minor victims: Class D becomes Class C, Class C becomes Class B, Class B becomes Class A, and Class A felonies result in 15-99 years imprisonment or life.

Upgrades misdemeanor offenses involving minor victims to Class C felony convictions for illegal aliens.

Takes effect on October 1, 2025.

Passed the House on March 6, 2025, with 76 votes in favor, 3 opposed, and 24 abstentions.
