Authorizes the Houston County Sheriff to establish procedures for making purchases of tangible personal property and services using credit cards or debit cards issued to the Sheriff's Office.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies governing card use that include monetary limits on individual and monthly purchases, restricted access procedures, and accurate record-keeping reviewed during audits.

Mandates monthly review of card bills by the sheriff to detect unauthorized charges and ensure timely full payment to avoid service charges, late fees, or interest payments.

Requires the sheriff to consider annual fees, rewards/rebates, interest rates, finance charges, and termination penalties when selecting card providers.

Specifies that any rewards or rebates earned from card use shall be deposited into the Houston County Sheriff's Office discretionary account, and prohibits the sheriff from exceeding legally appropriated funds or establishing county commission debt; becomes effective June 1, 2025.
