Amends Alabama Code Sections 20-1-20 and 20-1-25 to classify foods containing vaccines or vaccine material as "drugs" under state law.

Defines "vaccine or vaccine material" as a substance intended for use in humans to stimulate antibody production and immunity, prepared from the disease-causing agent or synthetic substitute, and authorized or approved by the FDA.

Requires foods containing vaccine material to be labeled as "misbranded" if the package, label, or brand fails to bear the words "Contains Vaccine or Vaccine Material" in uniform font size and prominence.

Requires food packages to specify that the article of food is classified as a drug under state law.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
