Amends Alabama Code Sections 27-58-1, 27-58-2, and 27-58-4 to expand prostate cancer screening coverage requirements for health insurance plans.

Requires health benefit plans to cover annual prostate cancer screening for all men at high risk, regardless of age, defined as African American men and men with a father, brother, or son who had prostate cancer or a related genetic marker.

Mandates that prostate cancer screening coverage for high-risk men age 40 or younger be provided without any deductibles, copayments, or other cost-sharing requirements.

Prohibits private third-party payors from reducing or eliminating coverage due to these requirements and prevents health plans from penalizing physicians who order screening consistent with the law.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
