Amends Alabama Code Section 13A-9-18.1 to make giving a false date of birth to a law enforcement officer a Class A misdemeanor, in addition to the existing offenses of providing false name or address.

Amends Alabama Code Section 15-5-30 to authorize designated law enforcement officers (sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, constables, police officers, and state troopers) to demand a person's date of birth during a lawful stop, in addition to name, address, and explanation of actions.

Creates a new Class C misdemeanor offense for knowingly refusing to provide name, address, date of birth, and explanation of actions when lawfully demanded by an authorized officer.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
