Applies only to Elmore County and establishes a $100 court cost in all circuit court cases, excluding traffic cases, with an annual $5 increase on January 1 each year.

Court cost is in addition to all other fees and costs, and cannot be waived unless all other fees, assessments, costs, fines, and charges associated with the case are also waived.

Establishes a $100 booking fee for defendants convicted or pleading guilty in circuit or district court cases who are booked into the Elmore County Jail, with an annual $5 increase on January 1 each year.

All proceeds from both the court cost and booking fee are deposited into the Enhance Elmore Fund and initially appropriated for debt service of judicial complex expansion and renovation, then redirected to maintenance, operations, and upgrades upon debt satisfaction.

The act becomes effective January 1, 2026.
