Amends Alabama Code Section 12-10B-1 to base judicial salaries on total years of service as any state court judge or justice, rather than counting experience only in the specific court level.

Establishes initial salaries of $176,000 for chief justice, $175,000 for associate justices, $174,000 for appellate judges, $140,000 for circuit judges, and $139,000 for district judges, with 7.5% increases at 6, 12, and 18 years of service.

Removes separate experience tracks that previously allowed judges promoted from lower courts to count only their prior-level experience; now all experience in any state court counts toward salary increases regardless of court level.

Prohibits county salary supplements or expense allowances for circuit and district judges, requiring all compensation come from the State Treasury and superseding local laws.

Becomes effective June 1, 2025, with protections ensuring judges' compensation in service on October 1, 2021, cannot be diminished.
