Establishes a $25 annual motor vehicle registration fee in Elmore County on each motor vehicle registration, transfer, or renewal, excluding trailers.

Fee increases by $1 annually on January 1 each year, with the Revenue Commissioner certifying and publishing notice of all adjustments.

All collected fee proceeds are deposited into the Enhance Elmore Fund, with 95% allocated to infrastructure projects and 5% allocated to economic development.

Fee is collected by the Elmore County Revenue Commissioner in the same manner and at the same time as other motor vehicle registration fees and is in addition to all other existing fees and taxes.

Act becomes effective January 1, 2026.
