Amends Section 16-30-4, Code of Alabama 1975, to allow dependents of active duty military personnel to present copies of military medical records as evidence of age-appropriate immunization and testing instead of the Blue Card for school admittance.

Dependents of active duty military personnel may satisfy the immunization requirement by submitting military medical records reflecting age-appropriate immunizations and testing to public or private schools.

Maintains existing requirements for all other students to present a Blue Card certification of immunization or testing for communicable diseases designated by the State Health Officer.

Applies only to kindergarten through 12th grade students and does not apply to institutions of higher learning.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025.
