Authorizes the Pickens County Commission to levy an additional $10 vehicle license and registration issuance fee on each new registration, transfer, renewal, or replacement tag in the county.

Judge of Probate collects the fee and distributes proceeds monthly to the county general fund, earmarked exclusively for ambulance service.

Fee becomes operative only if approved by county voters in a referendum election scheduled for the first primary election in 2026.

Referendum question asks voters whether to adopt the act authorizing the additional issuance fee with proceeds used only for ambulance service.

Act becomes effective on June 1, 2025; if voters approve the referendum, Section 1 becomes operative immediately; if rejected, the act has no further effect.
