Amends Alabama Code Section 20-1-71 to define "corn masa" as a dry flour-type product made from corn treated with slaked lime or undergoing nixtamalization, and "corn masa product" as any food product containing corn masa.

Requires all corn masa and corn masa products sold for human consumption in Alabama to be enriched with folic acid: 0.7 milligrams per pound for corn masa and 0.4 milligrams per pound for corn masa products.

Exempts corn masa and corn masa products made by or supplied to cottage food production operations and those offered for sale by grocery stores that offer conforming products.

Becomes effective June 1, 2026.
