Cleburne County Sheriff shall receive an annual salary of $72,000 effective January 2027, superseding any prior salary amount.

Cleburne County Revenue Commissioner shall receive an annual salary of $72,000 effective January 2027, superseding any prior salary amount.

Beginning October 2028 and thereafter, both the sheriff and revenue commissioner shall be entitled to receive any cost-of-living increases granted to county officers and employees.

The act becomes effective June 1, 2025, though salary changes take effect with the next terms of office beginning January 2027.
