Establishes a $50 service of process fee for the Talladega County Sheriff's Office to serve or attempt to serve documents for matters pending or to be commenced in courts outside Alabama.

Establishes a $100 service of process fee for service or attempted service to inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution in Talladega for matters pending or to be commenced in courts outside Alabama.

Requires the court clerk or designee to collect fees and remit them directly to the sheriff for deposit in a separate Sheriff's Official Account.

Allows the sheriff to expend amounts in the Sheriff's Official Account at his discretion for law enforcement purposes without offsetting budgeted funds or other income sources.

Exempts the district attorney, law enforcement, grand juries, Talladega County, and all other Alabama counties from payment of these fees, with the act effective October 1, 2025.
