Expands the corporate limits of the City of Daphne in Baldwin County by altering and rearranging boundary lines to include five territories designated as Territory A through E.

Territory A includes 7 parcels totaling approximately 44.63 acres bounded by County Road 54 W, County Road 64, and Rigsby Road, encompassing Saint Augustine Phase subdivisions and surrounding lands.

Territory B consists of 1 parcel (05-43-06-13-0-000-015.000) of approximately 12.63 acres located near County Road 54 W and County Road 64.

Territories C, D, and E include additional parcels along Alabama State Highway 181, with combined acreage including lands near Saint Augustine Phase 1A and other subdivisions ranging from 0.61 to 12.99 acres per territory.

The act becomes effective on October 1, 2025, with a map of the proposed boundary changes filed with the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County for public inspection.
