Proposes a constitutional amendment to Section 155 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022 to raise the maximum age for judicial office eligibility from 70 years to 75 years of age.

Allows judges over 75 years of age to be appointed as supernumerary judges if they are not eligible to receive state judicial retirement benefits.

Requires an election on the proposed amendment to be held in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.

Becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting on the amendment.

Authorizes the Code Commissioner to make nonsubstantive revisions to formatting, citations, and grammar upon ratification.
