Amends Section 45-17-233 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to restructure pistol permit fees in Colbert County to include one-year and five-year permit options.

One-year permit fees: $5 for individuals age 60 and older, $15 for individuals younger than 60.

Five-year permit fees: $25 for individuals age 60 and older, $75 for individuals younger than 60.

Requires sheriff to deposit all fees collected into the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Pistol Permits Fund, with $1 from each fee distributed to the county general fund and remaining funds used exclusively for law enforcement purposes.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
