Authorizes the Clarke County Commission to pay actual and necessary expenses for operating the coroner's office in addition to the coroner's statutory compensation.

Allows reimbursement for mileage when the coroner or deputy coroner uses a personal motor vehicle for official duties.

Permits the county commission to provide a county vehicle for use by the coroner's office, subject to county commission regulations.

Applies retroactively to any coroner's office expenses paid prior to the effective date, ratifying and confirming previous county commission actions.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
