Amends Section 22-18-4, Code of Alabama 1975 to require the Alabama Department of Public Health to credit education and training acquired during military service toward EMSP licensure qualifications.

Military service members from the Armed Forces, Reserves, National Guard, Military Reserves, or Naval Militia of any state may use their training and successful passage of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians examination as credit toward EMSP licensing requirements.

Department must adopt rules to implement the military service credit provision.

Makes technical revisions and updates to existing code language, including replacing references to "Board of Health" with "department" throughout the statute.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
