Proposes a constitutional amendment to continue a two mill ad valorem tax for public hospital purposes in 19 specified election precincts in Baldwin County as they existed on January 1, 2025.

Tax will be levied and collected annually beginning October 1, 2027, for a period of 20 years, with funds used exclusively for public hospital purposes within the designated precincts.

Allows Baldwin County Commission to issue tax anticipation bonds, warrants, or certificates of indebtedness payable solely from tax proceeds without requiring a further election.

Permits the County Commission to designate a public hospital corporation to construct, acquire, equip, operate, and maintain public hospital facilities using tax proceeds.

Amendment requires approval by both the legislature and a majority of qualified electors voting in the affected election precincts during the constitutional election ratifying the amendment.
