Permits high school student athletes in Alabama to receive monetary or in-kind compensation for the use of their name, image, or likeness.

Prohibits compensation that is contingent on athletic performance, used as an incentive to enroll at a specific school, or provided by schools or school agents.

Bans use of school logos, names, mascots, school apparel, athletic association trademarks, or school facilities in connection with name, image, or likeness compensation.

Requires student athletes and parents to receive professional guidance on impacts to collegiate financial aid and tax implications before receiving compensation.

Mandates that student athletes or parents notify their school's principal or athletic director at least seven days before entering into any name, image, or likeness contract or agreement.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
