Amends Section 26-16-71 of the Alabama Code to clarify terminology and certification standards for child advocacy centers within the Alabama Network of Children's Advocacy Centers, Incorporated.

Establishes funding allocations where 10 percent of annual state appropriations support associate member centers, pilot projects, and administrative/training projects, while 90 percent goes to full member centers.

Full member centers receive base funding amounts: $50,000 in first fiscal year post-certification, $75,000 in second year, and $100,000 in third and subsequent years, subject to sufficient appropriations.

Associate member centers receive $25,000 annually during first and second fiscal years following approval, with the board able to authorize continued payments on an annual basis if not certified as full members.

Remaining appropriated funds after base allocations are distributed proportionately to full member centers based on the number of forensic interviews, evaluations, and children receiving counseling in the preceding fiscal year.

Effective date: October 1, 2025.
