Directs the State Personnel Department Director to adjust pay grades for 16 ALEA job classifications effective September 1, 2025, with specific new pay grades assigned (ranging from grade 77 for ALEA Trooper, Trainee to grade 87 for ALEA Chief and ALEA Special Agent in Charge)

Requires employees in affected classifications to be assigned to the pay grade step equal to their current salary to prevent pay reductions

Provides an additional one-step increase in pay grade for employees serving as ALEA Lieutenant, ALEA Captain, and ALEA Pilot, Senior effective September 1, 2025

Permits future pay grade increases above the specified grades and does not affect annual merit raise considerations

Act becomes effective June 1, 2025, with salary adjustments taking effect September 1, 2025
