Authorizes the Sheriff of Escambia County to make purchases using credit cards or debit cards issued to the Sheriff's Office, subject to established procedures and compliance requirements.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies including monetary limits on individual purchases and monthly totals, sole access controls for card numbers and security codes, accurate record-keeping, and monthly bill reviews.

Mandates that all credit card or debit card bills be paid in full on a timely basis each month to avoid service charges, late fees, or interest payments.

Requires the sheriff to consider factors when selecting a card provider, including annual fees, rewards or rebate programs, interest rates, and termination penalties or fees.

Provides that any rewards or rebates earned shall be deposited into the Escambia County Sheriff's Office discretionary account, and prohibits the sheriff from spending beyond appropriated funds or creating county debt; effective June 1, 2025.
