Amends Sections 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to alter the state coat of arms by removing references to the Confederacy.

Replaces the flags of Spain, France, Great Britain, and the Confederacy with flags representing Spain, France, Great Britain, and Alabama itself.

Changes historical description from "French colonists" to "French explorers" and from "first permanent white settlements" to "European colony."

Updates heraldic description to replace Confederate imagery with "pure argenta crimson saltire imposed (for Alabama)."

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
