Randolph County Commission shall impose a $50 special transaction fee for each map recorded and copied in the judge of probate's office.

The judge of probate collects the fee and deposits it into the County General Fund for use at the county commission's discretion.

Collected funds must be used for costs related to recording and copying maps of plats, including processing, digitizing, and laminating.

The special transaction fee is in addition to all other fees, taxes, costs, and charges required by law.

The act becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
