Establishes specific probate court fees for the Judge of Probate of Escambia County in lieu of general law fees.

Sets filing fees including: $105 for probate of will and administration; $65 for name change and legitimation; $145 for guardianship and conservatorship; and $125 for adoption.

Establishes fees for additional services: $5 for claims against wills and estates; $15 plus $5 per page to file a will; $10 for indexing; $30 for notary recording; $25 for UCC instrument; $5 for UCC release; and $35 for plat recording.

Allows the probate judge to continue charging general law fees for services not specifically listed in the bill.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
