Amends Section 34-21-93.1 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to add K-12 school athletic physicals to the list of documents that certified registered nurse practitioners (CRNPs) and certified nurse midwives (CNMs) can endorse in place of physicians.

Specifies that endorsements by CRNPs or CNMs on physical examination forms for student participation in K-12 school athletics, including interscholastic athletic activities, satisfy any physician endorsement requirement.

Requires CRNPs and CNMs acting under this authority to maintain an active collaboration agreement with a physician and operate within their scope of practice and certification.

Does not expand the scope of practice for CRNPs or CNMs beyond their existing authorization, nor does it expand collaborative physicians' responsibility.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
