Amends the pistol permit fee structure in Pike County to offer two options: $20 for one year or $100 for five years.

Changes fee distribution so that the entire fee collected is deposited into the Sheriff's Fund rather than splitting $10 to county treasury and $10 to the fund.

Designates the Sheriff's Fund for exclusive use by the Pike County Sheriff for law enforcement purposes and office operations at the sheriff's discretion.

Clarifies that the Sheriff's Fund shall not replace or diminish any other reimbursements or income sources for the sheriff's office.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
