Amends Section 45-27-247.07 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to clarify county governing body authority over cigarette and beer tax administration in Escambia County.

Increases the monthly expense limit for employing inspectors and staff to assist the judge of probate from $450 to $1,200 per month, with reimbursement from tax funds.

Authorizes the Escambia County Commission to employ one or more beer tax inspectors with expenses not to exceed $500 per month, paid from the county general fund with reimbursement provisions.

Repeals Act 575 from the 1953 Regular Session relating to the Escambia County beer tax.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
