Sets the Jackson County Judge of Probate salary at $132,000 per year, payable from the county general fund, effective October 1, 2025.

Eliminates all prior compensation, expense allowances, and fees for the probate judge position prior to October 1, 2025.

Entitles the probate judge to receive the same uniform compensation increases, including cost-of-living adjustments, granted equally to all Jackson County employees after October 1, 2025.

Repeals Sections 45-36-83 and 45-36-83.01 of the Code of Alabama 1975 relating to Jackson County Judge of Probate compensation.
