Amends Act 84-549 to provide the Washington County circuit clerk with a monthly county supplement allowance equal to 2% of the annual total state compensation for circuit clerks.

County supplement shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund in the same manner as other county officers.

Supplement applies only to the individual holding the office of circuit clerk on January 1, 2025; the provision becomes void when that person vacates the office.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
