Requires each county to designate and provide at least one early voting center for registered voters to vote during the week immediately preceding election day.

Early voting centers must be open a minimum of 4 days and maximum of 6 days during the week before election day, with hours of operation 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

County governing bodies may designate multiple early voting centers and have sole authority to configure boundaries for each center and determine which days they operate.

Clarifies the bill does not impair powers and duties of boards of registrars, judges of probate, and other election officials, nor does it affect existing election day voting procedures and requirements.

Requires the Secretary of State to adopt rules for implementation and administration, with the act becoming effective October 1, 2025.
