Alters and extends the corporate boundary limits of the Town of Pine Level in Autauga County by including additional territory defined by detailed survey coordinates beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 9 (T18N R16E).

Boundary expansion includes areas near US Highway 31N, Interstate 65 (Exit 186), and County Road 85, encompassing properties referenced by record location parcel year identifiers (RLPY).

Map showing the proposed territory alterations is on file and open to public inspection at the Office of the Judge of Probate in Autauga County, Alabama, in accordance with Code of Alabama 1975 Section 11-42-6.

Act becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
