Requires the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) to establish and maintain an electronic, centralized domestic violence database containing information about individuals convicted of domestic violence in the first, second, or third degree, or domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation.

Database must be made publicly available on ALEA's website at no cost, be searchable, and include the offender's name, aliases, date of birth, list of convictions with dates and punishments, and supervision or release status.

Database cannot include Social Security numbers, driver license numbers, telephone numbers, or any information identifying crime victims.

Allows individuals to petition ALEA for removal from the database if an expungement order is issued (unless they have three or more domestic violence convictions) or if they have not been convicted of a domestic violence offense during the seven-year period before the petition.

Act becomes effective October 1, 2025, and requires ALEA to adopt rules for implementing and administering the database.
