Consolidates multiple Escambia County sheriff funds into a single "Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund" effective October 1, 2025, combining the Process Fund, Service of Process Fund, and sheriff's fund.

Authorizes the Escambia County Sheriff to charge $15 additional fees per document requiring personal service in criminal and civil court divisions, deposited into the Law Enforcement Fund.

Allows the sheriff to charge up to $50 for fingerprinting services (except for law enforcement purposes and pistol permit applications) and conduct fundraising events like rodeos, with proceeds deposited in the Law Enforcement Fund.

Permits the sheriff to operate a jail commissary and use all collected monies for law enforcement purposes in the county without reverting funds to the general county fund at fiscal year end.

Requires annual audits by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts and specifies the fund cannot diminish other sheriff income sources; act becomes effective October 1, 2025.
