Amends Section 45-51-84, Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the base annual compensation for Montgomery County's judge of probate from $88,000 (effective October 1, 1996) to $153,725 per year effective October 1, 2025.

Applies the new salary only to the individual serving as judge of probate on June 1, 2025, in lieu of any other salary.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the judge's compensation to increase annually by the same percentage as across-the-board increases received by full-time county employees, with a cap of $3,000 maximum increase per fiscal year.

Compensation continues to be paid from the general fund of the Montgomery County Commission using the same payment method as other county employees.

Act becomes effective June 1, 2025.
