Amends Alabama Code Section 32-6-350 to expand the Alabama Veteran Tag Program by adding veterans exposed to dangerous levels of radiation to the list of eligible veteran groups.

Adds a new category for veterans of the United States Armed Forces exposed to ionizing radiation during the operational use of atomic weapons during World War II, in addition to existing atomic bomb and weapon testing exposure provisions from 1944 to 1962.

Maintains existing application requirements including submission to judge of probate or commissioner of licenses, compliance with motor vehicle registration laws, and payment of regular license fees plus a $3 additional fee for initial tag issuance.

Designates the Department of Veterans Affairs to design and certify radiation-exposed veteran distinctive tags, subject to Commissioner of Revenue approval.

Takes effect on October 1, 2025.
