Amends Section 16-25-7 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to prohibit future employees of the Alabama High School Athletic Association from participating in the Teachers' Retirement System of Alabama.

Allows current employees of the Alabama High School Athletic Association who are already participating in the retirement system to continue receiving benefits and maintain their earned service credit.

Requires the Alabama High School Athletic Association to pay employer costs to the retirement system for employees who began participating before October 1, 2025, with costs determined by an actuary employed by the Board of Control.

Prohibits any employee hired on or after October 1, 2025, from participating in the Teachers' Retirement System based on employment with the Alabama High School Athletic Association.

Takes effect on October 1, 2025.
