Prohibits public K-12 schools and public libraries from knowingly presenting or sponsoring drag performances in the presence of minors without parental or legal guardian consent.

Defines "drag performance" as a performance where a performer exhibits a sex identity different from their sex assigned at birth using clothing, makeup, or other physical markers.

Defines "sex" as the state of being male or female as observed or clinically verified at birth.

Prohibits minors from sharing multi-occupancy bathrooms, changing facilities, or sleeping quarters with members of the opposite sex during overnight programs operated or sponsored by state departments, agencies, boards, or commissions, unless the individuals are family members and the parent or legal guardian approves.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
