Authorizes the Fayette County Sheriff to establish procedures for using credit cards issued to the Sheriff's Office for purchasing tangible personal property and approved services.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies including monetary limits on individual and monthly purchases, sole access controls, accurate record-keeping, monthly review of bills, and timely full payment to avoid fees and interest.

Directs the sheriff to select credit card providers based on annual fees, rewards or rebates, interest rates and late fees, account termination penalties, and other relevant considerations.

Requires any rewards or rebates earned from credit card use to be deposited in the Law Enforcement Fund or used for law enforcement purposes.

Becomes effective on June 1, 2025.
