Prohibits the State Board of Pharmacy from revoking, suspending, failing to renew, or taking adverse action against a pharmacist's license based on recommending or dispensing off-label medical treatments ordered by health care professionals.

Prohibits employers from terminating, disciplining, or taking adverse action against employee pharmacists for recommending or dispensing off-label medical treatments.

Allows pharmacists who are terminated or disciplined by employers for off-label recommendations or dispensing to bring civil action for injunctive relief in circuit court, with potential awards including reinstatement, back pay, court costs, and attorney fees.

Prohibits pharmacy benefits managers from penalizing or retaliating against pharmacists or their employing pharmacies for recommending or dispensing off-label medical treatments, including contract cancellation, legal action, and pharmacy audits.

Excludes controlled substances from the protections and becomes effective October 1, 2025.
