High school students participating in organized National Signing Day activities during instructional time shall be excused from class for accepting athletic scholarships, postsecondary educational commitments, apprenticeship programs, and military enlistments.

High schools must provide reasonable accommodations for these activities, including but not limited to meeting space with connectivity access and seating.

The act becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
