Commends the 2024 Great Alabama 650 race winners for their exceptional endurance and skill in completing the paddling event.

Overall and Male Solo Winner Trey Reaves of Florence, Alabama completed the race in 7 days, 3 hours, and 20 minutes; Female Solo Winner Ryan Gillikin of Bay Minette, Alabama finished in 8 days, 18 hours, and 37 minutes; and Tandem Team Winners Jessica Nance and Candi Hill completed it in 8 days, 22 hours, and 35 minutes.

Recognizes the Alabama Scenic River Trail's role in promoting freshwater recreation and Alabama's natural resources, including expansion from 630 miles to 6,000 miles of oversight covering rivers, lakes, streams, and creeks.

Acknowledges the Alabama Scenic River Trail's 2024 partnership with over 70 canoe and kayak rental shops, outfitters, and community organizations to advance outdoor tourism.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Alabama Scenic River Trail headquarters and each division winner as recognition of their achievements.
