Recognizes April 8, 2025, as Scouting America Day in Alabama.

Commends six Scouting America councils serving Alabama: Alabama-Florida Council, Black Warrior Council, Chattahoochee Council, Greater Alabama Council, Mobile Area Council, and Tukabatchee Council.

Recognizes 15,803 Scouts currently active in Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Career Exploring programs across Alabama.

Notes that 352 young men and women achieved Eagle Scout rank in 2024 from Alabama-based Scouts BSA Troops.

Acknowledges the thousands of service hours annually contributed by Scouts and Troops to local churches, hunger relief missions, nonprofit organizations, and hometowns.
