Commends the GFWC Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs for 130 years of dedicated public service since its organization in 1895 and chartering into the international GFWC in 1907.

Recognizes the organization's 50 clubs and 1,200 members across Alabama that address community needs through programs in arts, education, libraries, natural resources, veteran support, health and wellness, child advocacy, and citizenship.

Highlights GFWC Alabama's major focus areas including establishment of scholarships and libraries, and active involvement in the Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention program.

Notes the 2024-26 administration theme "Living the Volunteer Spirit – Compassion in Action" with the President's Special Project focused on "Mental Health Matters" to increase awareness and reduce stigma around mental health illnesses.

Honors the organization's upcoming 130th Annual Convention scheduled for April 25-27, 2025, at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel and Conference Center.
