Names the intersection of U.S. Highway 29 with Eagle Road and Harts Bridge Road in Covington County as the PFC Thomas Lloyd Rodgers Memorial Intersection.

Honors Private First Class Thomas Lloyd Rodgers, born April 5, 1921, in Covington County, who was a standout basketball player and Golden Gloves Boxing Champion.

Recognizes Rodgers' service in the 82nd Airborne Division, C Company, 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, and his volunteer service in an elite Pathfinder Unit for the D-Day invasion.

Acknowledges that Rodgers was killed in action during the invasion after parachuting into Belgium near St. Mere Eglise and was posthumously awarded the Distinguished Service Cross.
